The destination of this pilgrimage is home. These are my musings along the way... observations, thoughts, concerns, frustrations and joys. My hope is, ultimately, to honor Jesus Christ, my Lord, and to be home with him.
Inflame our hearts with love for Thee, O Christ our God, that loving Thee
with all our heart, with all our mind, with all our soul, and with all our
strength, and our neighbors as ourselves, we may obey Thy commandments and
glorify Thee, the Giver of all good things. Amen.
An Eastern Orthodox Prayer

Overwhelmed by the grace and mercy of God in things seen and unseen yet constantly battling habits of heart and mind that drive the desire for comfort and ease. I want to know Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead.
